I liked that different sorts of people from cross-functional teams had to be involved, and everyone had to unanimously agree to hire the person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is customer and people focused. Employee voices are heard and appreciated, which minimizes politics, and product development is based on customer feedback, which is how it should be.
