Mixpanel offers very competitive cash compensation plus the upside of a private, series B company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are customer-focused. We proactively seek customer input and use that to inform our projects and goals. We strike a great balance of code quality and pragmatism that results in things being shipped quickly but not poorly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is open, honest, and listens to feedback. The company has gone though various stages of growth and of course there have been growing pains but leadership has never shied away from admitting when they're wrong, listening to new ideas, and implementing changes when needed.
