I've been at Mixpanel several years and have had great career advancement and the product and company have evolved in a positive direction. There's continual change with the product and company strategy; sometimes good and sometimes not. In the last couple years most changes have been positive.

People generally want to help and are open to different opinions and perspectives.

Communication and support within my team are excellent, communication and coordination between organizations is good but could be better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits seem comparable to market. There's not much clarity around how equity is allocated across teams/levels or its estimated value.
