the commitment to remote work & support a healthy work/life balance is amazing. Our maternity leave could be better, as could our medical/vision/dental plans. Our sabbatical time for those who've been loyal & hard working for 5+ yrs should get a full year off instead of the shorten 6 months off

regular/yearly raises. Quarterly reviews should be for bonuses, not for raises or equity
