I feel like this is a great place to be as an engineer who wants to continue to improve even as you get pretty senior. My biggest complaint is that we've had issues in the past with on-call making work/life balance somewhat painful, but we've been actively improving that over time.

Everyone is always happy to work on problems collaboratively, even if the problems don't directly impact their team

We've got a bunch of talented engineers who are all pretty willing to help each other out and are open to new ideas
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how easy it is to talk to them in informal contexts, wether to get additional insight into things that are happening or just to generally chat about random things.
