People take the time to share things they have learnt and are happy to help answer / troubleshoot questions. The fact that we can keep to this high level of communication even though we are all working remotely across multiple time zones is awesome
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't have trust in the data provided by the salary consultants. We'd raised before that they seemed wrong ie too low, particularly when we were interviewing candidates and their expectations were all higher. Afterwards - a couple months after we raised the issue - the ranges were up adjusted
