Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Work is fun, we are trusted to get our jobs done with limited oversight

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It's fine, just don't expect major growth unless you play the company game and drink the company kool-aid. If you have a different opinion you'll be drowned out and moved on.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

clear communication about a varity of topics

What are some of the best things about your team?

Willingness to learn and get better

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very competitive salary based on the market. Private healthcare.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Easy to work with, eager to learn, comfortable working remote

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything i've said in previous answers. Pay people what they're worth

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to the end of a project and seeing how the work has paid off.

What makes you most happy at work?

The extra projects (outside of my day to day role) that I get to work on

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People doing the same job as me in the US get paid 40-50% more than me

What are some of the best things about your team?

We hire good people who want to do well, and do what is best for our customers

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Lots of issues caused by leadership in the past year with role changes, poor communication, lack of empathy.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Ability to get our jobs done remotely without managers and execs demanding we be in the office or micro-managing

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Team collaboration is the most positive thing. Especially in our region people all pull together to get everything done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, giving people a heads up before major changes are coming, and being open to feedback when things dont go well.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all have to work together all the time because we are constantly stretched by our workload, people leaving, things getting re-assigned.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We don't win big deals against our competitors, and in the market we see competitors and other companies making big moves and improvements, while we don't

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Same answers as all the others. Plus i honestly don't know long term if what we're doing as a company can grow much further than it already has.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem like good people trying to do the right thing, and seem to genuinely care when making tough decisions. It just sometimes doesn't feel like that gets communicated effectively, and we are left in the dark.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is free to get their job done without being micromanaged, being made to "clock in" to start the day, or being made to feel like work is the most important thing. Work/life balance is a real thing we strive for.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay disparity of US employees vs the rest of the world is a disgrace. Pay us for the job we're doing and the value we bring to the company, not what you think you can get away with because of "industry standards".

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I've been here for a while and the work is pretty much the same. This might be because the pandemic has stopped travel, but working with the same customers month after months can be boring when everything is in a holding pattern.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation has been increased over time but I am now being approached for roles at other companies that pay more than my current package. I have also been promoted a few times since joining at the comp increases at each step have fallen behind other companies offers.
