Overall I am super happy working at Mixpanel. I'll complete 3 years at Mixpanel in about a month and its been an incredible ride and most importantly I am super proud working at Mixpanel

- solving customer problems - meeting PMs, data scientist, tech leaders, founders - meeting the team members etc. -
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We dont ask and care about your last salary, we offer our hires the best comp plans that they deserve - which is soooo much better and competitive than the market

- Super caring about the team members (never made us feel like an employee) - Always concerned about our health including the mental health - Approachable - Transperancy

There are a lot of things beyond the comp plan too that Mixpanel as a company really invests into an individual + for the people who still like to learn about the comp structure, being a sales guy, we have uncapped commissions with brilliant kickers. <3 it
