Mixpanel can sometimes rollout some abrupt changes but for the most part, the great people, and badass product make it manageable to push through somewhat regular Startup challenges (turnover, changes to orgs/product, etc)

From the start, my manager and team leaders have made Mixpanel a place where I can grow my career and help interesting customers with challenging problems. I feel like I truly make an impact and get rewarded for that value add. I can take time off without feeling guilty and have no intention of lvng

Comradery, support and recognition are very strong and foster a fun, inclusive environment

People are really smart and fun and love data and analytics which seems important for a data company!

I love that people on my team really care about our customers and get excited about big product updates. I love brainstorming how to delight customers with my colleagues.

our wellness benefit and monthly work from home stipend are very flexible and are a really nice bonus. Also, I'm not a parent yet but our new parental leave policy is INCREDIBLE
What makes you most happy at work?
I have autonomy to work with my customers how I see fit and experiment with new techniques, I am rewarded and recognized for those efforts, and I love our product (provides complex customer questions to answer).

I love the product gets updated regularly so I have new shiny toys to show to my customers regularly. I love "Wow" moments for customers like "OMG I didn't know you could do that!" or "I've been trying to figure that out for weeks, this feature fixes this!"
