Overall it's been positive. Sr leadership are all pretty new to the c-level, there's been a learning curve / room for improvement. Some of their decisions have been questionable at best. But the people I work with are better than anywhere else I've ever worked and I'm happy walking into work

Open to feedback, direct relationships. Not sitting in an ivory tower.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my coworkers. Senior leadership can drive me crazy sometimes but the people I work with each day are 10/10 awesome.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers & ability to have impact. The people I work with are good at their jobs and people I'd want to be friends with outside of work. And Mixpanel is small enough that any individual can really move the needle.
