The culture at the company is very conversational. Everyone is always eager and excited to lend a hand or show someone something new.

My team is hugely data focused. We set our own quantitative goals, check in with them weekly, and stick to them through the course of the quarter.
What makes you most happy at work?
We get $20 to spend for ERG events and new hire virtual mixers -- this is a nice treat and a reason to get excited about social responsibility
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing the leadership team has done through the course of the pandemic and chaos of the last year is be keenly aware of burnout and exhaustion. We've been joyfully encouraged to take PTO when needed, and allowed additional holidays on the calendar for all employees at the same time.
