There are a lot of changes all the time, in personnel, leadership, product, pricing, direction... so on one hand it can feel like a rollercoaster, but on the other, there has been a constant opportunity for me to shift and learn and grow into the changes as they come.

Our coworkers are all extraordinary; the people make the experience!
What makes you most happy at work?
Using our product, it's such an incredible tool and conveniently is very useful for our customer-facing teams to dogfood ourselves!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have 40 hours/year to put toward Volunteer Time Off, and I think that is such a great way for the company to support people's interests outside of their core jobs!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are majorly invested in organized collaboration. Nobody ever feels they've encountered a problem too large or prickly to overcome because we will workshop it together and win as a team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a real effort to provide clarity & insight into the decisions that are made about the company direction. I also love that they're set goals about diversity and inclusion and have really shown up to support women and other minorities in the workplace with career progressions.
