Getting to solve new problems, working with customers, making that money.

They are working towards making a more transparent org with information being shared efficiently so everyone knows the general direction of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting any type of pay raise is like pulling teeth. Constantly have to pound my fist against the table and make a big stink in order to get anyone to hear my perspective on why I believe I am entitled to a raise/promotion.
