Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Merit-based salary increases are not applied to sales reps or tied to performance. Also the company policy to apply salary-adjustments for relocation is not conducive to retaining top talent. Location should be irrelevant in the modern workplace and not used as a company cost-saving mechanism.
