What did you like most about the interview process?

Single person managing the end to end process.

It is thorough and collaborative.

It was based on Principles and Values, it was a multidisciplinary team

Our interview process is now values and principles based and relies more heavily on potential than specific experience. It is very effective. When I was interviewed (quite some time ago) it was more of the 'old-fashioned' style so my rating has to be taken with a grain of salt.

More respect for my company more then 20 years ago.
