I'm a proud member of Mondelez International and have referred quite some people that have been in the organization for some time now. It's a great place to work, where challenges are met with a people-oriented mindset, taking care of us as employees.

I've had a great experience at Mondelez International. Since I joined, I have been promoted several times and have had the opportunity to move to another country to continue supporting the business. MDLZ has provided me and my family great opportunities!

Mondelez has a great local first but not local only approach, which allows employees to be close to their functional leadership. This enables close communication, clarity on goals and closeness with the leadership team.

Being able to see the impact of my job in the success of our team and the company. Also being able to learn and be part of initiatives with different teams, which allows me to grow, learn and gain exposure.
