Everyone needs to do their job and not slack off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You tend to be under appreciated when working for a big corporate company... which is what happened to me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I generally hate interviews because it feels like an interrogation; however I was asked little to no questions here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They treat you like just a number... compensation should be more for the conditions they subject you to. My location never has any stock on hand and you have to work outside.
