Everything. No more drug use, theft, and blackmail.

Stop doing drugs, stealing from guests, and cutting corners with cleaning

They treat you like garbage, constantly put you down and belittle you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The time of day when I can leave work for the day. Its miserable working there.

Being more friendly, as well as more knowledgeable and informative about what the job actually entails
