i was comfortable and felt like we know each other for years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they put their workers first, very understanding and caring. they help when is needed. we work as a team and do our best to care and help our guest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i work front desk overnight and $9 isn't enough for an overnight shift. not only they do not have benefits. They make front desk do housekeeping and maintenance work for little pay.
