Marks & Spencer Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

No thank you i dont want too

The pension package at least represents a decent recognition of their employee.

its better compared to other brands

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i believe anything upwards of a 10% pay increase and better working conditions could make this a viable long term employment for me

Being paid in line with other market competitors.

We need to reduce the gap between the rich and poor. This is a great opportunity for M&S to set itself aside from other companies by treating everyone with much more equality. Reduce the executive's wages and bring up everyone else's, who work equally hard!

if i got a pay rise as i cant afford to give my 17 kids a good life
