We need to reduce the gap between the rich and poor. This is a great opportunity for M&S to set itself aside from other companies by treating everyone with much more equality. Reduce the executive's wages and bring up everyone else's, who work equally hard!

We work together to get the best for our co-workers and customers. Some managers could learn from this. A lot of experience exploited by shift managers and above.

They have character and life in them. It's been surpressed and its hidden deep down but I want to bring it out! They all have their own hobbies, gifts, talents and they deserve praising.
Morale is low, therefore team enthusiasm is low. People show up to do the bare minumum because there is no incentive to do more.

I was interviewed in a small depressing room with a terrible carpet and the heating was stuck on full. It was attached to a similarly depressing empty corridor with no life in it.
Serving customers and talking to all the different people who come into the store.
