We all get along with each other
We work together to get the best for our co-workers and customers. Some managers could learn from this. A lot of experience exploited by shift managers and above.

They have character and life in them. It's been surpressed and its hidden deep down but I want to bring it out! They all have their own hobbies, gifts, talents and they deserve praising.

Serving customers and talking to all the different people who come into the store.
Colleagues are helpful and some customers are friendly
A 20% discount and being able to have headphones in the morning before customers arrive.
