Pay your employees more and stop talking bad about your employees
Need managers trained to be professional and understand that they are representing your company and train employees that customer' service is very important and not keep confrontation between employees and don't take advantage of the hard working employees , everyone needs to do their part
Not enough manpower for the overwhelming crowd
My assistant manager is very lazy. Just yesterday he clocked out as soon as I got there and all of our trash cans were over flowing full. He did not even bother to change them. He has never touched the cooler as in stocking it not one one since I have been there and I have been there for a few month
Our manager hasn't personally trained very many people, causing some not to be sure about their duties. Scheduling is also unstable and not much notice is given to edits to the schedule.
Welp society is on the collapse so it won't matter in a good 25-50 years
No communication bad pay bad benifits
Too many issues to list, they need to reevaluate employees that they have and chose to represent their company.
Some of the managers are really mean to their employees. Better managers.

Wage increases and better promotion opportunities. Cashiers get overlooked for promotions because the store managers expect the cashiers to pander to their egos and whims to get a promotion instead of promoting the cashiers based on experience and knowledge of the job.
