My manager at Murphys is great always ensuring that training is done properly as well as has great customer service skills

That's the company has easy to inderstand info
Medical insurance ,commissions that are paid
Just signing up for the first time.
Not really sure about it
Stock is up over 1000% - better than nearly every other company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We compliment each other. If one of us is having a bad day, the others step up their game.

Very open and lots of people have offered to be resources to offer support on questions or any trouble I might have
My work mates except the store manager.
I encourage my team to be open and talk to myself freely . I wan tthem to feel safe while enjoying their tome at work .
Positive is it somebody young can do it but I need to put somebody else on the floor never by their selves

How everyone just openly talk to me that made me feel more comfortable to just be myself and to talk freely
I interviewed with a completely different store manager.
That I was hired over the phone and the crackheads at night were no concern
Not taking too long ,and kepted it simple

The customers are, for the most part, very nice.

My customers make each day tolerable . Im told daily how well the enjoy coming in
