NAPA Auto Parts Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonus potential was very good

Salary is suitable for yhe positjon

Reasonable health care premiums for me and my spouse.

Good benefits at napa stores

Vacation policy where if you don't use it you lose it needs reform to allow carry over instead of losing the time. The company benefits when the employee can't take Vacation or days off that they have earned. Keep in place the number of weeks due to time in service a person can take.

I do not receive compensation or do I need it but would like to be compensated for it

It would be nice if part-time employees had a couple days of paid vacation after a year of service.

Paid twice a month and there are never any issues with payroll.

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Hey, we’re at Park time a couple of bucks an hour more would be a very beneficial compare the other part-time employers in the ar

The company doesn't seem to care about staff. A competitive payrate, acknowledgement of individual work done (We're all just numbers), better management and evaluation of store managers that includes staff input (manager plays the higher ups like a fiddle, but all the staff know he needs to retire)

Do a cost of living

Don't tell your employees that you cannot give them a raise and then brag about record profits at the next meeting

high rate of pay, weekly pay, proper staffing

More pay for more work, if you lift heavy things you make more money.

Better pay and better management.

LOWEST PAY JOB I EVER HAD. GIVE US A RAISE PAY US FAIRLY

Review from Sales Dept

first off our pay is just above poverty level so we are unable to get any state assistance. there are no set standards on how to get a raise. i have not seen one yet.

Working in a safe environment.

Pay should be based upon work performance not just showing up to work to stand around all day.

being paid for my worth

Maybe if i were trained correctly and not scolded when i made mistakes and made to feel like a no body

Managers get multiple weeks of vacation that they cannot take due to staffing and they do not oay them for the unused vacation time it ia impossible to take.

Because they is racially discriminating towards me and I definitely didn't like it and it was just singling me out through the whole job putting me on deliveries making dogs chase me and everything

Not good at all for me.

For the amount of stress it doesnt really feel worth it

i don't get paid enough for what i do and i can always make more at a fast food joint than what i do here.

Pay a fair wage, and be competitive with other companies

If my manager would of listened to me instead of walking away from me. I would still be working for napa
