A great team that I work with.

When I get a customer that has a hard time finding a car part that they can't find anywhere else until they come to Napa and interact with me

Since I am a part-time driver, they give me the flexibility I want and that I am independent in the work I do - which I like.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My customers love me and I do a great job

They need to man up and pay me my back pay for the days in the checks today. Missed that calls me to get behind on my bills 7 times they were late with my check. Sometimes I would have to wait a whole month on my check by weekly

Overpriced, low value, out of stock.

NOT ENOUGH MOMEY TO LIVE ON.

Napa is the Radio Shack of auto parts. Company is going the way of dinosaurs

On the way to being proven let's shall fire those people they are not right

Pay people more and make a incentive to sell and go back to the roots of the company and strive to make the small shops in the area do better not the Firestones and Goodyears.

Bad place to inner and exit the store, and not enough stock

Get a new manager that cares about there employees. I asked my boss to fix the a/c in my car and she NO my regional came in had a car for me with a/c in 30 min at my store.
