I came into this company and was immediately pulled in multiple directions as they were desperate for my knowledge. From there I have been able to start implementing processes that have helped and was approached to take on a new role. I love that this company feels I have this much to offer them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the medical coverage, but would like the ability to opt for a PPO vs. HMO.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I have accomplished something, or helped implement a process that makes someones life easier. That and the dogs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and take your input seriously. They are invested not only in the company but the people too. They make me feel valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their belief in me and that they are willing to tease me about my little quirks. That tells me that they feel comfortable with me and I love that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the diversity here and how open the company is to this diversity. I love that the company tries to find ways for team building as a whole and their weekly and quarterly all hand check in.
