I am enjoying my role at NEXT. I feel that everyday is a little different and that keeps me on my toes and feeling challenged. Sometimes it seems we have a different 'shiny object' each week but, for the most part, the ultimate goal doesn't seem like a moving target. Overall, I am satisfied at NEXT.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, the team here wants to be successful. Therefore, I believe that a majority of the employee group works hard and contributes to the greater success of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am compensated fairly and also feel that I can have an open conversation with my manager about my salary. I also believe that the Leaders want to be competitive in the market and will adjust compensation accordingly if warranted.
