They are really focused on culture, empowering employees, and making sure everyone feels and is heard.

Everyone is REALLY smart. And there are no egos. Really easy to get along with people.

Extreme levels of transparency. Constant listening (in a good way) from the executive team. A culture of gratitude.

The 401k match is better than most companies in LA. WFH stipend is enough to cover a new desk and a decent chair.
