Pay is not in line with the market/our competitors

pay does not align with the amount of work and hours required. Very little work life balance which makes our pay feel low

Inflation is at an all time high and as a company we should increase pay to balance the extra cost of things. Plus, as a front liner I hear what other companies are paying and we are not very competitive.

Some coworker relationships are difficult. I would love to see more kindness from certain team members. I also feel my team is a bit cliquey.
