The knowledge and experience of my team gives us an advantage in the marketplace. Looking broader at the extended team, we have many many folks that really care about delivering on the customer experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On the sales side, an individual is provided with a ton of resources to help execute on the plan. We also embrace client appreciation and entertainment events which provides a great mix of hard work and fun !
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership here set a plan and timeline to go with it and always seem to meet those goals. I think one of the reasons is the amount of preparation, documentation and thought that goes into their goals before launching.
