I can call and talk to most of the Leaders..Like an open virtual door policy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Moving to Houston Team was alot better for me in the environment than the previous Dallas Team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having issues with what i am being paid and when. I feel like I have to beg to get paid sometimes in a timely fashion but I feel like Upper Leadership does hear me out.
