I've worked here longer than any other company and I'm proud of what we have been able ro accomplosh. The conpany and culture have changed a lot and I am excited about this newest phase.

I like closing very large and complex deals.

I like the relatively high floor of my comp package.

The best part is commission paid is directly tied to effort.

I like that the sales team is all driving towards the same goals.

I like that the direction of the company is based on analytics and data.

My team is solid from a coworker standpoint. I feel that the engineering team needs more talent.
