I have been with the company 13 years which is the longest I have ever stayed with one organization. While there are always ups and downs, the trend has been positive and I enjoy being part of new company programs and more importantly, enjoy that management encourages me to mentor others.

Having been here 15 years, this is the longest I have stayed at one organization. Love my team members and enjoy mentoring newer employees when asked. Everyone is passionate about the success of the organization.

Executive Leadership listens to employee feedback and takes action in a reasonable time frame.

The collaboration is fantastic and we all help each other with respect to experience, feedback, teamwork etc.

Knowing that customers are very satisfied with the level of service they receive across all business units.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Do what you need to do and be communicative and the company will provide the ultimate flexibility. Encourage time off for mental wellbeing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Management has provided clear commission kickers for selling our complete solution with a focus on what we do best. Commissions come out on time and are accurate.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being innovative when it comes to structuring contracts or helping customers push their needs up the ladder meaning pulling together projects that solve critical business problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent in state of the business. Communication is consistent. The HR team has made huge strides this year with respect to programs, training, upward movement and internal platforms.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The pace is fast and everyone takes ownership of their role and is also willing to help dislodge anything that might not fall into their role. We are all customer focused, accountable and work with integrity.
