My experience has been good thus far. I just wish when we had monthly reviews they involved performance metrics so that at year end reviews we'd be compensated for our performance.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing I like about the leadership team is they listen!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That last year they didn't increase our rates and they provide $750.00 toward our HSA.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That my manager/VP are actively involved and concerned with any issues/concerns I may have and that the company listens.
What makes you most happy at work?
That with my job I work independently and if I need to I can work from home. Unlimited OT!
