Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that I have been here for almost 12 years and I was supposed to have been made Senior Renewal Specialist with my prior manager before she was let go.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like the culture of NWN Carousel lots of updates and keeping us informed with what is going on in the company. As far as the environment it would be nice if more people came back to Exeter to work at the office.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my work and my team although I am the only one in the building from my team. I love the people I work with that does come in at least 3 days a week. Talking with one and other really does help especially if you need help with something you do not understand.
