when process changes go according to plan and people accept change openly
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always looking for ways to improve and provide a healthy environment to learn. Mistakes are seen as opportunities to learn and improve processes, not as embarrassment or ridicule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living has drastically increased in every area of life. I very much appreciated with 3% bump, but that doesn't nearly make up for even how much rent alone as increased.
