Overall it has been good. There is not too much to complain about other than pay and benefits (health) .

They work well together. Always willing to help each other out.

They are responsive if any issues arise , work to get things resolved in a timely manner

I can work from home, and that keeps me focused on my work, rather than the office which makes it more difficult .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does on occasion do things like a cookout or a function to keep people engaged with each other, or to make things more enjoyable at times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is actually low compared to other companies with the same role, pay does not keep up with the cost of living - will most likely have to get a second job
