They are opportunistic, have a forward looking vision, they listen, constantly looking for ways to improve and implement solutions to foster growth and improvement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Team members genuinely appreciate each other and we work well together to deliver best in-class solutions and customer service to our client. This results in a very satisfying environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Inflation and rising costs happen every year, especially the past 4. There hasn't been a process to keep compensation on-par with the rising costs. Good news is the organization is listening, processes have been created and the platforms to sustain the processes have been implemented. I'm hopeful.
