Problem solving. I enjoy a lot of different things here, but I really like solving problems the most.

The leadership team here is really invested in their employees, and works hard to make sure they are getting the resources they need.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love the people I work with. We have a really great culture overall, and I especially love my team. I also feel like I am very much valued here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our medical package options have gotten better, thanks to HR working to give us a wider range of choices. Adding an HSA has been a great addition, and works really well with an HDHP.
