It's been good but with all the M&A lately and other departments dictating what my department does it's been a lot to deal with. I wish the company would look at the individual departments and then the overall company. When was the last time anyone asked what each department is experiencing?

We have each others backs. We never let anyone get too boged down without helping. We truly are team players.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership is that they are available to listen and take in what we are bringing to the table. Leadership in other areas I can not speak of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work/stress on any given day and the fact that I am not just doing my job description, I think the company needs to look into who is being paid what. Pay increase/monthly bonus.
