The vision is clear and the executive team is competent. I trust them to say what they mean and do what they say. The transparency, collaboration, and logic of how they communicate and act is motivating and important.
While the executive team and their vision is aligned and well communicated, the second through fourth tiers of leadership are stuck cleaning up messes from past mistakes that make it very hard to achieve progress toward that future vision. It is very hard to get anything done here. Siloes.
