I struggle daily with the fractured way in which the company is structured, in making progress, and driving maturity. The responsibilities of my team are scattered across the business, making accountability and ownership difficult, creating a knowledge gap, allowing fires to keep burning.

We have very smart and well intentioned people who try hard to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The vision is clear and the executive team is competent. I trust them to say what they mean and do what they say. The transparency, collaboration, and logic of how they communicate and act is motivating and important.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
While the executive team and their vision is aligned and well communicated, the second through fourth tiers of leadership are stuck cleaning up messes from past mistakes that make it very hard to achieve progress toward that future vision. It is very hard to get anything done here. Siloes.
