Long term employee. Been through buy outs of other companies and being purchased by NWN. I am no longer phased by the pivoting changes that occur, but do see a cycle that makes me think past lessons are ignored. We were dropping barriers and silos, however, that seems to be reversing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and co workers that have been here many years understand the bureaucratic entanglements. We work to assist each other often in most cases where it does not fall within our job parameters. It is a bonus to have these connections and it makes many tasks more manageable through the silos.
