Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay does not account for geographic location. Far below market rate and other firms. Health insurance benefits very poor. Rx that was $7 per month on old plan is $00 per month here. 401k match very small and takes too long to vest.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Unlimited PTO is not actually unlimited. Manager does not like to approve PTO. Either give a set number of days or allow unlimited PTO. Pay is low, so increase pay or increase PTO. No bonus for performance so that is all NWN can do to motivate workers.
