I think NWN has some great benefits to working here, but there are areas of improvement. Guidance to management when rolling out new initiatives could be improved, but overall I enjoy working here.

The pay is nice, the benefits are ok. I would like to see a better 401K match or retirement options.

Our team has a lot of longevity with the company and in the industry, and we work really well together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working remotely allows our team to be flexible and available when needed, but we haven't lost the collaboration, our team works really well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager and VP seem to care about the team as people and treat the team as people, rather than as just a number.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people, I really enjoy working with my team. I also really get some satisfaction out of when we finish a long term project that helps the team.
