I enjoy working for this company. I enjoy all the members of my team and work well with all. I would like to see a pay raise. Haven't had one in about two years and with cost of living increasing over the past few years, a raise is needed. Also have taken on more tasks in my role.

Keeping us in the loop and having quarterly meetings is a plus.

I get along well and work well with the others on my team. Would love to meet the others on my team in person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits with lower deductibles and a pay raise. No raise in about two years and cost of living has sky rocketed. I have also taken on more tasks.
