What is the best part about your compensation package?Compensation is fair and the benefits are great. We have unlimited vacation and the last Friday of every month off for ourselves.
What did you like most about the interview process?Everyone was respectful, genuine, transparent and friendly. They represented the position and the challenges accurately. The interview process was smooth and efficient and decision was made in a timely manner.
What makes you most happy at work?We have a tremendous positive affect globally and improve the world we all live in every day that we show up for work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would appreciate a market value pay for my role along with an improved bonus structure.
