My team is caring, friendly, compassionate. I feel blessed to call my coworkers my friends. Nothing better than working with a group of people that you truly care about and that cares about you.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel that I really have an impact on creating a positive customer experience and driving results for the organization. I feel really good about the work I do, and the autonomy I am given at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely transparent and has established clear goals. They care about their employees and have built a great culture. I continue to be impressed with their integrity and empathy in everything that they do. I have never worked with a better team.
