What is the best part about your compensation package?
Organon is fair and looks into ways of providing quarterly bonuses too - something I never experienced at larger pharma companies. I think we are both innovative and always looking to improve even though we are still new and growing.

benefit standard in pharmaceutical company is lower than other company in another business segment. Then, I think company still have capability to give more compensation to employee as a replacement for this lower benefit standard. As of we are a big MNC.

Interviewers had great questions but also shared where their vision was and asked what mine was if I were to join the company when I interviewed at Organon.

What makes you most happy at work?
My work has impact, I can make an impact and I can use all my talent in ways big and small. This is the culture we see top down and bottom up. A few still have to get used to it but they will eventually realise how happy they can be here.
