- How does Outerwall handle HR issues?View AllI had issues with my manager. HR acted as though they were an unbiased mediator but in all actuality, they sided with the manager on everything. As a sounding board, they heard my side but had no recourse or resolution for me. My manager’s manager sided with the manager as well. Eventually I left & have no regrets. I was with the company for several years before they went private. Things may be different now.
